TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS. Those who disrespect my TOS will be blacklisted from obtaining any further artwork.
> Payments are final and cannot be negotiated with.
> All payments are to be made in USD. Non USD payments include, but are not limited to, Robux Giftcards (have to be in USD and digital gift cards) or Nitro plus (10$ one.) If you are to pay with a non USD payment, it is to be discussed with me and I have the final decision on the price.
> No refunds after the initial sketch has been approved.
> When asked to be refunded during the first stages of the sketch phase (before anything is agreed upon to go forward with), I will partially refund the original price agreed on.
>Chargebacks will get you blacklisted.
> DO NOT resell, repurpose, or self-claim any of my artwork for yourself or for commercial usage.
> DO NOT train ai with my artwork.
> Do not edit my art unless there is explicit permission from me. You CAN ask me to edit something at any stage of the art piece.
> Excessive changes/Huge changes will result in an extra charge as it will cost me more time/effort.
> Do NOT associate my artwork with NFTs or Ai work.
> Do not resell/regift/retrade any of my artwork/creations to the following blacklisted accounts: Kaynarii20(all accounts), SK1TCHY(all accounts), Dimeretrograde (all accounts + those associated with it), Babiiebunnie(all accounts)

Only lines + color option avaliable for refsheets. Will not shade.
A piece depicting your character from multiple angles and shots to use as a proper reference. It includes a variety of options and extras.
Sketchpages - 50-55$+
Only lines + color option avaliable for sketchpages. Will not shade.
A "sketch page" portraying your character: 1 half-body, 2 headshots, & 2 minis/chibis.
Custom Designs - 55-60$+
Only lines + color option avaliable for custom designs. Will not shade.

TWeened pieces - 50-70$+
Only lines + color option avaliable for tweened pieces. Will not shade.
a piece that depicts your character, ranging from a half-body to a full body, with one animated element. It can be a limb or a prop.
Rendered scenes - 80$+
a full-body illustration of your character with a detailed background and scene, including lines, color, and shading.
Extras
Extras are additional charges that will be added to the original commissioned art piece's price if desired.
